MENU OF SERVICES
One of the First in Family Law to Offer Traditional and Express Legal Services
At Notaro Epstein Family Law Group, P.C., we understand that no two divorces are the same. While a more hands-on approach is perfect for some clients, others may prefer or even need a different legal strategy. That's why we provide all of our clients with both traditional legal representation as well as a menu of express services for uncontested or mediated cases.
Our traditional attorney representation involves working closely with our skilled family lawyers throughout every step of your case. Our lawyers will be there to answer any questions you have and represent you in and out of Court.
We'll work with you to develop and execute a legal strategy tailored to your needs. You may need traditional attorney services if one or more of the following applies:
- You don't know where to start with your divorce, custody, PFA, child support, name change, or other family law case and would find consistent advice from a legal representative beneficial;
- You're engaged in a high-asset divorce or some other form of complex family law dispute and need an attorney to help you protect your assets and interests;
- The other party has hired legal counsel of their own and you now need additional legal protection;
- You generally want to ensure that all your bases are covered and whatever decisions you make will support your short and long-term interests.
Our attorneys understand that no two family law disputes are the same. We're committed to helping you navigate the legal process.
Notaro Family Law Group offers a menu of services for fixed fees in uncontested and non-litigated cases. Fixed fee services are for cases that don't require extensive customization. Our menu of services was created exclusively for clients who want to strike a balance between retaining an attorney and handling a case expeditiously and economically.
Fixed fee services are a fantastic alternative for clients who want to maximize their savings while having a skilled legal representative by their side when it matters most.

About this service:
In cases where both parties agree to sign divorce paper work, where there may be children, support, and uncomplicated assets, where both parties agree to a decision on those issues, and where one party wishes to retain an attorney to simply draft the documentation memorializing this agreement, you may choose to hove our office schedule a meeting with you and file the paper work for an uncontested divorce and draft a marriage settlement agreement. Not everyone qualifies for this service, but it might be a great fit for you if you already have an agreement and you don’t want to pursue any litigation, discovery, or other litigation actions. A meeting is scheduled with the purchase of all of our express services so we can counsel you through starting the process and check for unexplored issues as well as potential conflicts. *Please note that our office may only ever represent one party in a divorce action. We meet and correspond with one party only.**At the time of the meeting, if there are any conflicts or issues prohibiting us from being retained or beginning work on the purchased express service, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
About this service:
Mediation is not exactly an express service, because mediating a conflict implies that two spouses wish to come to an amicable agreement, but they may need help negotiating it. Mediation is a great process for those clients to use. A mediator will meet with both parties at all times and all information is shared between the parties. A mediator does not represent either of the parties throughout the divorce negotiation, but acts as a neutral third party to guide the parties through any dispute so that they may come to the amicable resolution they seek. At the end of the process, if successful, a mediator will draft a memorandum of understanding or a mediated agreement that both parties will sign and ultimately utilize in their divorce. Parties who mediate may also have their own independent attorneys if they desire, to draft and review agreements, other divorce paperwork, and for independent counseling. Some mediating clients choose to retain an attorney and some do not. A mediator can give legal information but not legal advice in helping to mediate your case. A meeting is scheduled with the purchase of all of our express services so we can counsel you through starting the process and check for unexplored issues as well as potential conflicts.**At the time of the meeting, if there are any conflicts or issues prohibiting us from being retained or beginning work on the purchased express service, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
About this service:

Not everyone qualifies for this service, but it might be a great fit for you if you already have an idea for an agreement in mind, you are already familiar with the future spouse’s income and assets, and where the parties are not negotiating the contents of the agreement.
