YOUR CASE FILE
We use Clio for Clients as our secure case management platform for our clients. Your case file is available to you online and on your smart device, anywhere you are. CLICK HERE to view on a computer, or download the app for Apple or Android. You already have an account and are all signed up from the minute you retain. Just use the same email we use to communicate with you.
Clio is a GREAT way to communicate with us through the portal, see all of your documents and calendared events at a glance, and to DOWNLOAD or UPLOAD documents for our office. Clio even has a handy scanner so getting documents to us is a breeze without any extra equipment.

BILLING
We send a statement of services every month, by email, right around the end of the first week of the month. If you're not getting the statements, or if you see something on your statement that doesn't look right, tell us right away! It's very important that we know about billing discrepancies immediately, because if time passes and we don't know there is an issue, it makes it harder for us to fix. Don't wait until the end of your case - we want and need to hear about it right away. Fair and accurate billing is our goal, always!
We ALWAYS give you a timeframe to tell us any concerns with your bill, and we try to be very fair and very lenient, especially with charges for communications. We always tell our clients, save up the little issues (non-emergencies) for one big call, or schedule regularly so we can go over everything that happened in the past few weeks. Making regular contact periodically is much less time-consuming and therefore more billing-friendly than telling us about each thing that occurs as it occurs.
